Site Fees are listed for 2018 and valid until April 30, 2019, however, we reserve the right to
make changes and if so they will be posted here as soon as possible.

Reservations are strongly suggested. Please call our Office between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
any day of the week for Site availability and to make a reservation. We do not make reservations via
the Internet or by e-mail for the security of your personal information.
We do not accept credit card information via e-mail.

Please note that we do have a cancellation policy. For reservations of 5 days or less, cancellations must be made 48
hours prior to noon of your original arrival date. For reservations greater than 5 days AND for the Holiday weekends
of Memorial Day, the 4th. of July, Labor Day and for the Lighted Ships Parade, a 7 day prior to your original arrival
date shall apply. Failure to cancel or failure to arrive as scheduled will result in a charge equal to a one night charge
for reservations of 5 days or less and a two night charge for reservations greater than 5 days and for the Holiday Weekends for the reserved Site. Discounts do not apply to such charges.

Site Fees are based upon 4 persons, additional Fees apply for additional persons.

The MAXIMUM number of persons per Site is 6 (Registered Guests and Visitors combined)

Unobstructed Riverview Pull-Thru Sites: 49 - 58:                       $55.00 (includes taxes & a 10% discount)

Unobstructed Riverview Sites: 1 - 11 and 66 & 67:                     $52.00 (includes taxes & a 10% discount)

Side Riverview Sites: 68 - 75                                                           $49.00 (includes taxes & a 10% discount)

Second Row from the River Sites: 26 thru 31 & 59 thru 65        $48.00 (includes taxes & a 10% discount)
also Sites 12, 13, 47, & 48

Premium Site 76 (2 day minimum stay)                                         $63.00 (includes taxes & a 10% discount)

Extended Stay Sites: 14 thru 25   and 32 thru 46 Please inquire at the Office regarding availability.

Sorry, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals
as we do not have a staging or holding area.

A 10% Discount is available to various Organizations such as Good Sam, AAA, FMCA, AARP and Veterans.
Discounts do not apply to supplemental charges or special use Fees.

Site use is limited to a MAXIMUM of six persons, regardless of age, one RV and two additional vehicles,
PROVIDING THAT ALL VEHICLES can be parked with the Site boundaries.

Additional persons, vehicles and visitors are subject to daily Use Fees.
Boat trailers require advance approval at the time of making a reservation and if granted
are limited to specific Sites.

All dogs must be on a leash, in hand, at all times.
All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
This applies to all areas within the Park, including the Beach
Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. Barking dogs are not welcome.

THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARK
German Shepherd, Pit Bull (aka: American Bull Dog), Rottweiler, Doberman, and all Wolf Breeds

Please contact the Office regarding Extended Stay Sites.
Extended Stay Sites are for a time period of 30 days or longer. An application is required and generally requires that
the RV is not more than 10 years old. RV's older than 10 years must be visually seen by Park Management.
RV's older than Model year 2000 are not accepted. Current Registration and Insurance is required.
Does not include Riverfront Sites. Certain limitations and restrictions apply.
